ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The respondent police registered a case as against the petitioner in Crime No.210 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 341, 427, 392 r/w Section 397 IPC. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner waylaid the defacto 1/3
complainant and threatened him with a knife, took away money of Rs.1,250/- from him and damaged his car.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, hence, prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent strongly opposes to grant bail on the ground that the investigation is pending. He further submits that the petitioner is having four previous cases.
5. Considering nature of allegation as against the petitioner and considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
