2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that already 164 statement was recorded by the Judicial Magistrate and almost investigation was over and prayed a direction for the police to file a final report within a time limit.

3. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that investigation was over and a charge sheet was ready to be filed.

4. In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
