ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.105 of 2017, dated 30.04.2017 and file the final report. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation is pending and the final report will be filed within four weeks.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.105 of 2017, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
