ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468 and 471 IPC and Section 13(2) r/w 13 (1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 r/w 109 IPC in Crime No.130 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The petitioner is a Principal / Correspondent of a Private School. He is said to have fraudulently issued school certificate as if persons have studied in his school and that they can get driving licence badge under Motor Vehicle Act. Since the allegations made against the petitioner are serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 4.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner pointed out that the case was registered way back in the year 2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.The investigation appears to be substantially over and hence,

custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. Therefore,the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Special Court and apply for regular bail. On such application, it is open to the Special Court to pass orders on the same day.
