Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned rejection order issued by the second respondent herein in his proceedings in e.vz;:1/m.fh.ep/f&h; /2022> ehs;
06.05.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to permit to conduct "Adal Padal" programme on 11.05.2022 in connection with Sri Mariamman Kovil Thiruvizha, Poomadevam, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District based on the representation, dated 05.05.2022 sent to the first respondent throught post on 06.05.2022 by the petitioner. The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent herein in his proceedings in e.vz;:1/m.fh.ep/f&h; /2022> ehs; 06.05.2021 and quash the same and consequently, direct the second respondent to conduct "Adal Padal" programme on 11.05.2022 in connection with Sri Mariamman Kovil Thiruvizha, Poomadevam, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District based on the representation, dated 05.05.2022 sent to the first respondent throught post on 06.05.2022 by the petitioner. 1/3
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on earlier occasion, the petitioner has sent an application for conducting "Adal Padal" programme on 11.05.2022 in connection with Sri Mariamman Kovil Thiruvizha, Poomadevam, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District. However, the said application was rejected on 06.05.2022 on the ground that there was an examination for the school students and it will affect the interest of the students. He further submitted that the temple festival is going to be end today.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that if a fresh application is made by the petitioner, the same would be considered within a reasonable time. He would further submit that examination is over.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that examination is already over, without interfering the order impugned in this writ petition, this Court permits the petitioner to make a fresh application for conducting "Adal Padal" programme. On such application being filed, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

This Writ Petition is disposed of.
No costs.
