ORDER
This Petition has been filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.286 of 2023, on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the Sub-Court, Aruppukottai, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.193 of 2022. 1/3
2.It appears that proceedings before the Family Court, Madurai, is under progress and the case is directed to be listed on 17.06.2023 and the parties have been called for counselling.
3.There is no merit in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear before the Family Court, Madurai, in H.M.O.P.No.286 of 2023, for counselling. However, his presence before the Family Court, Madurai, shall stand dispensed with for routine hearings except those days when his presence is mandatorily required before it and he shall appear before the Court below through his counsel.
