Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 147, 435 of IPC and 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.112 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 29.05.2015 due to previous enmity, the accused persons unlawfully assembled and entered into the criminal conspiracy and set fire to the motorcycle belongs to the defacto complainant, who is the Sub Inspector of Police. On complaint, case has been registered for the above said offences.

3.The case of the petitioner is that he is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that other accused were arrested and enlarged on bail by the Principal Sessions Court, Tirunelveli. She further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/-.

5.Heard the learned Government Advocate Crl.Side). 6.Considering the facts of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.112 of 2015, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi on receipt of the same the petitioner is entitled to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
