[Order of the Court was made byG.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner alleges that the fourth respondent has committed encroachment in pond Government Poromboke measuring an extent of 0.96.5 Hectares in Survey No.147/2 at Mappillaiyoorani Village, Tuticorin Taluk and District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The writ petitioner has given representation dated 24.11.2015 and 08.12.2015 in this regard. We direct the second respondent to take action in the matter. If any encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed after notice to the third respondent and other encroachers, if any, and by following the statutory procedure. The entire excercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
