ORDER:- These Criminal Original Petitions are coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 28/9/2020 in Crl OP(MD)No.8819,8821 to 8824 of 2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Jerin Mathew, Advocate for the Petitioners in all Criminal Original Petitions and of Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the 1st to 3rd respondents in all Criminal Original Petitions, this Court made the following order:

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in the earlier occasion, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that the charge sheet has been filed, but it was not filed. 2.Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, ascertains that the final report has been filed before the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (Protection of Civil Rights), Madurai on 15.09.2020.

3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, is recorded. In view of the said submission, no further order is necessary in these petitions.
