Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that one Mr.Mohandos, retired District Judge was appointed as Mediator by the respondent Bank and the parties resolved the dispute before the Mediator and therefore, he is not pressing the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
