This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to register the settlement deed in TP/17550050/2024 dated 28.03.2024 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the settlement deed was duly registered and released in favour of the petitioner.

3.Recording the said statement, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
