Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to take stringent action against the third and fourth respondents for their unlawful activities in giving electricity service connections as well as shifting of free agricultural service connection contrary to the Electricity Supplies Code by misusing their official powers, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2015. [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to take stringent action against the third and fourth respondents for their unlawful activities in giving electricity service connections as well as shifting of free agricultural service connection contrary to the Electricity Supplies Code by misusing their official powers. 2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. In our considered view, the prayer made in the Writ Petition cannot be considered, because it is so vague and no specific instances have also been mentioned. This Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
