RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 AM until further orders by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 2391 of 2022, dated 23.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SANKAR V, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2391 of 2022 on 23.03.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2391 of 2022 on 23.03.2022 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2391 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6005 of 2022 of 2022 on 23.03.2022 is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court for each and every hearing date without fail.
