ORDER

Seeking to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering in the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent pertaining to the loan amounts borrowed by her from the petitioner and her husband, the loan bonds dated 23.12.2023 and 17.05.2024 executed by the third respondent the cheques issued by her and the case in S.T.C.No.361 of 2025 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.I (Judicial Magistrate Level) , Madurai, this writ petition is filed. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) on instructions submitted that already enquiry has been conducted between the parties by requiring the petitioner and the third respondent to appear, and the same has alsods been closed. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
