This criminal original petition has been filed to dispose the C.C.No.200 of 2008 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the C.C.No.200 of 2008 is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel for more than decade. Till date, the said C.C.No.200 of 2008 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel was not disposed. The petitioner has filed the present petition with above said prayer. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that this Court may issue direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, to dispose the said C.C.No.200 of 2008 as expedious.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, since the said C.C.No.200 of 2008 is pending from the year 2008 and genuine request made by the petitioner's counsel, this Court issue direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, to dispose the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P (MD) No.8952 of 2022 C.C.No.200 of 2008 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
