ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to revoke the order of suspension made in Na.Ka.No.Aa/2014 dated 02.01.2014 based on petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2014.

2.The writ petition was filed in the year 2014, when the petitioner was 56 years. It appears that the petitioner would have retired on attaining the age of superannuation. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
