O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a writ of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.03.2023.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it had been stated that the properties in Survey Nos.177/1, 177/4, 177/5 and 177/6, totally measuring 3 acre 96 cents at Kottaiyuruppu Village, Tiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District, are ancestral properties of the petitioner herein. Thereafter, there had been divisions and sub-divisions. Finally, it is stated that all the properties are comprised in one patta No.41. It had also been stated that there are various claimants to the said properties. The joint patta was thereafter sought.

3. Let an enquiry be conducted by the Tahsildar, who is the third respondent herein by issuing notice to the petitioner and all other 2/4

co-owners of the properties and thereafter, necessary orders may be passed on the representation given by the petitioner herein. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
