This Writ Petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct fresh bid by following the procedure as stipulated by the transparency in Tender Act and Rules pertaining to the contract work of laying flooring of paver block stones at four destinations in Keela Naalu Moolai Kinaru, Thiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District by considering the representation, dated 03.06.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, based on the instructions received from the fourth respondent, submitted that the work has already been allotted, which has also been completed and it has already been put to use. 3.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.
