ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.03.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that in order to grab the property belonging to the petitioner, the proposed accused created forged documents and also threatened him with dire consequences. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and it has been closed on the ground that the matter pertains to civil nature and that the closure report has also been sent to the petitioner through post. 5.In view of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further remedy in accordance with law.
