For Respondent : A.Albert James, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory bail in Crime No.16 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 448, 353, 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC, in Cr.No.16 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that when the defacto complainant, who is the Headmaster of the School, was in duty at his School, the petitioner, who is the father of one student, entered into the School campus in drunken mood, assaulted one student namely Saju and abused the defacto complainant and other staffs, who were in the school campus, in filthy language. Hence, the case has been registered.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is an innocent person.

CRL OP(MD). No.8965 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that investigation is in primary stage.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
