The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.12.2015 and provide police protection for the peaceful conduct of Margali Thirupalli Eluchi festival along with the use of mike set at Arulmighu Thongansamy, Karupparsamy Temple situated at Iluppakudipatti, Thayanipatti Village, Iluppur Taluk, Pudukottai District.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 19.12.2015 and the same has not yet been considered so far.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the request of the petitioner dated 19.12.2015 and pass orders purely on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
