JUDGMENT
[Judgment of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) Aggrieved by the order of status quo passed by the learned Single Judge, the sixth respondent in the writ petition has preferred the present writ appeal.
2. The appeal is directed solely against the interim order of status quo granted at the admission stage, whereby notice was ordered, returnable in eight weeks, and status quo was directed to be maintained till then.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant contends that the interim order was obtained by the writ petitioner by making false averments. However, we are of the 2/5
view that such contentions can appropriately be urged before the learned Single Judge by filing an application to vacate the interim order. Accordingly, the appellant is at liberty to file an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge seeking vacating of the interim order, placing on record all material particulars, including the alleged fraud said to have been committed by the writ petitioner.
4. With the above observation, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [N.S.K.,J.] [M.J.R.,J.] 17.04.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No am 3/5
