[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.] https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ The petitioner filed this writ petition to direct the respondents not to convert the open drying yard in S.No.296/31,

Mylady Village, (Kamarajar Thidal, Ramanathan Ninaivu Kalaiarangam) and preserve the same as open drying yard.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader by producing a copy of the letter dated 10.03.2017, submitted that the work order has already been cancelled and as such, there is no proposal for conversion of the building into an auditorium. To query, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the open drying yard used for drying paddy would not be converted as an auditorium.

3. In view of the statement, no further adjudication is necessary in the matter.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
