ORDER
Seeking to direct the 1st respondent to give police protection to construct the building or wall bearing Old Natham Survey no. 94/26 now Resurvey New Natham Survey No.243/1 (As per Natham Nila Vari) to an extent of 8.90 Cents situated in Nagalapuram Village in Vilathikulam Taluk, Tuticorin District, this writ petition is filed.
2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the 1st respondent police had conducted enquiry between the petitioner and the private respondents where the private respondents had appeared before the 1st respondent police and had given an undertaking in writing that they will not interfere with the construction of the building or wall in the petitioner's land comprised in Resurvey New Natham Survey No.243/1 of Nagalapuram village to an extent of 8.90 cents. 2/5
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
5. Though the private respondents have given a written undertaking before the 1st respondent police, the 1st respondent police is directed to afford necessary police protection facilitating the construction as required by the petitioner on payment of the necessary charges in terms of G.O(Ms)No.139, Home (Pol-VIII) Department, dated 04.03.2019.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
