O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioners to call for the records pertaining to C.C.No.403 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Ambasamudram for the offences under Sections 352, 294(b), 427, 506(2) and 341 of IPC in Crime No.114 of 2022 and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsels on both sides represented that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and to that effect, they have entered into a compromise and the same was filed before this Court.

3. The 2nd respondent / defacto complainant also appeared before this Court through his counsel and filed a compromise memo and he also expressed his willingness and stated that already matter has been settled between the parties and therefore, he has no objection to allow this petition. A counter case was also lodged and F.I.R in Crime No.113 of 2025 has been registered and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.456 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Ambasamudram for the offences under Sections 279, 294(b), 307, 324 and 506(2) of IPC and in the counter case also they entered into a compromise.

4. This Court has perused the terms of the compromise memo.

5. Considering the nature of the offences and the parties have also entered into a compromise, it is appropriate to allow this petition.

6. Recording the said compromise memo, this criminal original petition is allowed and C.C.No.403 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Ambasamudram is quashed.
