PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent in Crl.M.P.No.370 of 2020 dated 03.03.2020 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently, directing the first respondent to order for repossession of the property of the petitioner.
