O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein, to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and his property, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 26.04.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the petitioner has made a representation for providing adequate police protection for his life and limb and property, by considering https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No. 8967 of 2022 his representation, dated 26.04.2022. Further, he stated that it would suffice to consider the said representation as expeditiously as possible.

3.Since no adverse orders are passed as against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the private respondents, within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.04.2022, after providing an opportunity of hearing to both the parties and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

6.With the above direction, the criminal original petition stands disposed of.
