The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2024. The said representation of the writ petitioner pertains to issuance of patta to the writ petitioner. The petitioner has made a representation to the third respondent. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.Considering the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation seeking patta in respect of the petitioner's property. The said exercise shall be concluded by the third respondent, after affording fair opportunity to the petitioner and final orders be passed within a 2/5
period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
