ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filled for issuing a direction to the respondent to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai to committal the case in PRC.No.212 of 2020 to the competent Sessions Court and proceed the case as expeditiously by the competent Court within the time stipulated by this court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that because of non service of summons to the six accused the above said committal proceedings could not be completed.

3. On perusal of the CD file it is seen that 6th accused is absconding. The 2nd respondent herein is directed to serve the summons to the 6th accused within a period of one month. After appearance of the six respondent, the committal proceedings must be completed forthwith.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
