ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to further investigate about all the offences committed by the accused and to include the necessary provisions under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, relating to the case in Crime No.76 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent police. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondents police have conducted investigation and filed a charge sheet before the concerned Court by implicating the necessary provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
