ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner except under due process of law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed I.D.O.P.No.125 of 2015 seeking divorce and the same is still pending before the District Court, Thanjavur. While so, the second respondent Police called upon the petitioner and insisted to pay a sum of Rs.10 lakhs as compensation to his wife. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner's wife and after enquiry, the same has been closed. He would further submit that no harassment was caused by the second respondent to the petitioner.

4.In view of the fact that the complaint given by the petitioner's wife against the petitioner has been closed, there is no chance of harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
