RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition to the Fast track Mahila court, Theni (Magistrate Level) instead of the learned Additional Sessions court (FTC) Theni imposed on the petitioner on bail order in Crl O.P (MD) No. 8931 of 2022 dated 06.05.2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition to the Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni (Magistrate Level) instead of the learned Additional Sessions Court (FTC), Theni imposed on the petitioner on bail order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8931 of 2022 dated 06.05.2022.

2.This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner by order dated 06.05.2022, imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties each of a like sum to the satifaction of the learned Additional Sessions Court (FTC), Theni.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to the vacation, the above said court was not accepting the sureties. Hence he seeks modification.

CRL MP(MD) No.6010 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration the above facts, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties each of a like sum to the satifaction of the learned Additional Sessions Court (FTC), Theni, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties each of a like sum to the satifaction of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni (Magistrate Level). All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
