The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the terms of the affidavit, dated 22.04.2026 has to be incorporated in the order, dated 22.04.2026.

3. In view of the same, in the order, dated 22.04.2026, after paragraph No.6(b), the following paragraph should be incorporated:

(i).As agreed in the undertaking affidavit, the petitioner is directed to settle the amount in three instalments namely Rs.4,37,750 on 25.04.2026, Rs.4,37,750 on 25.07.2026 and Rs.4,37,750 on 25.10.2026".

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order, dated 22.04.2026 and issue a fresh order copy.
