Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and demarcate the petitioner's house property comprised in Town Survey No.2529/B2, situated at Nariyan Street, Srirangam, Trichy, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2021.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 24.04.2021, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property and to demarcate the boundaries.

2. When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that the Assistant Commissioner of Srirangam division, Trichy District through proceedings dated 18.05.2021 has rejected the representation made by the petitioner on the ground that there https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.10277 of 2021 is already a civil suit pending between the parties and therefore, the petitioner has to work out her remedy only in the pending civil suit. A copy of the proceedings of the Assistant Commissioner was also placed before this Court.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this writ petition and it is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the pending civil suit in accordance with law.

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
