2.Heard Mr.T.Leninkumar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Manickam, learned Standing Counsel for Government appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry about the irregularities committed in Palavarasan Village Panchayat and to take necessary steps to recover the loss caused by the delinquents, by considering his representation dated 30.04.2021.

W.P.[MD]No.10434 of 2021 4.The learned Government Counsel has produced written instructions given by the Block Development Officer, Aavudaiyarkovil dated 21.06.2021, setting out certain averments. 5.In our considered view, reply should have been given to the petitioner for his representation dated 30.04.2021. If that has been given, the petitioner would have worked out his remedy, if he is aggrieved by any of the averments set out in the report. Therefore, we dispose of this Writ Petition, by directing the second respondent to give appropriate reply to the petitioner as informed by the Government Counsel within one [1] week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any of the findings therein, it is open to him to question the same in accordance with law.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
