O R D E R

The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. The respondent filed I.D.O.P.NO. 25 of 2017 before the Family Court, Sivagangai for divorce. The petitioner based in Dindigul. It will be difficult for the petitioner to go over to Sivagangai to contest the proceedings.

2. Therefore taking into account the fact that the petitioner is a woman and in the interest of justice I.D.O.P. No. 25 of 2017 is withdrawn from the Family Court, Sivagangai and transferred to the Family Court, Dindigul. The Family Court, Dindigul shall dispose of I.D.O.P.No.25 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The respondent can be represented through the counsel before the Family Court, Dindigul, except during counselling and on occasions when his presence is necessary.

4. In the result, Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is

allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition in C.M.P.(MD) No. 5887 of 2018 is closed.
