Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru to conduct simultaneous trial in Crime No.224 of 2013 and in Crime No.225 of 2013.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Court below to conduct a simultaneous trial. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that insofar as Crime No.224 of 2013 is concerned, a final report has been filed by the respondent police. However, insofar as Crime No.225 of 2013 is concerned, a final report has not been filed. Therefore, there is only one case, for which a final report has been filed and the question of conducting simultaneous trial does not arise.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
