ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the applications in T.R.Nos.12, 13, 15, 18, 19, 21, 22 of 2005 and T.R.Nos.3 and 4 of 2006, dated 10.08.2005 and 23.05.2006 respectively.

2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent and by consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the above applications filed under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Lands Record of Tenancy Right Act are pending from the year 2005 without disposing the same on merits.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondent to dispose of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the applications in T.R.Nos.12, 13, 15, 18, 19, 21, 22 of 2005 and T.R.Nos.3 and 4 of 2006, dated 10.08.2005 and 23.05.2006 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if those applications are not already disposed of so far.
