Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KITHIYON B, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1899 of 2022 on 23.03.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1899 of 2022 on 23.03.2022 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed.

CRL MP(MD) No.6007 of 2022 No.1899 of 2022 on 23.03.2022 is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court for each and every hearing date without fail.
