(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant states that this Writ Appeal is filed against the interim order that was granted in the writ petition filed by the third respondent herein. The learned Counsel further states that the Writ Petition has been withdrawn by the writ petitioner and consequently the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and therefore, the Writ Appeal has become infructuous.

2. Recording the above stated facts, this Writ Appeal is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
