Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.NAVANEETHARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5761 of 2018 dated 12.04.2018 and permit the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
