ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District to dispose the case in C.C.No.45 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent No.1 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that within a period of five months trial will be completed.

3. In view of the said submission, there shall be a direction to Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District to dispose the case in C.C.No.45 of 2017 pending on its file within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
