This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. Praying this Court, to direct the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court ), Trichy to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail applications on the same day on merit in relating to Crime No.251 of 2021, dated 22.04.2021 ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Addl Public Prosecutor for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6441 of 2021 dated 05.05.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by order dated 05.05.2021, the petitioner was ordered to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading this order. CRL MP(MD). No.4158 of 2021 Court in time. Therefore, he filed a present petition for extending the time to surrender.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the pandemic situation and the closure of the Courts, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court as ordered by this Court, from the date of resumption of regular work in subordinate Courts."
