The present petition is filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the third and fourth respondents. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 25.04.2021 as "civil in nature" and advised the parties to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
