ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2018 seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The defacto complainant is one Shankar. His specific allegation is that he advanced a sum of Rs.1,90,000/- for purchasing of property belonging to the petitioners. The petitioners however, have been dragging the proceedings. The defacto complainant did not get any sale deed or he get back his money. Therefore, alleging that the petitioners had a intention to cheat the defacto complainant from the very inception, the present FIR came to be registered.

4.The petitioners came up with the different story involving one Solomon. This Court made it clear that whoever is able to get an affidavit from the said Solomon, this Court would grant anticipatory bail to them. The learned counsel for the petitioner took adjournment on the ground that he would get an affidavit from the said Solomon. But the petitioner is not able to get the affidavit. The defacto complainant got an affidavit from the said Solomon. Therefore, the petitioners are not entitled to seek any indulgence from this Court. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
