Respondents in both petitions COMMON PRAYER: These Writ petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' application dated 10.02.2020 submitted under Form A (Rule 4(1) of the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage of Minerals and Miner Dealers Rules, 2011 regards S.F.Nos.400/1,4 402/10 in Shenkottai, Keelur, Shenkkottai Taluk, Tenkasi District and 144 /2A1A in Pranoor Village, Shenkkottai Taluk, Tenkasi District respectively within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

W.P.No.9638 of 2020 order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the cases. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders either way. The matters are entirely within the discretion of the first respondent. This Court has merely directed expediting the processing of the applications and nothing else. 4.These writ petitions are disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
