ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 376 and 506(i) I.P.C. in Crime No.17 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.This Court went through the First Information Report. It is seen that the petitioner had physical relationship with the defacto complainant by promising that he would marry her. Subsequently, he went back on his words. Therefore, the defacto complainant lodged a complainant with the All Women Police Station, Theni District. The petitioner asked the defacto complainant to withdraw the case by promising that he would marry her. Thereafter, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ again he went back his words, feeling frustrated, the defacto complainant consumed poison.

4.Taking into account the immoral conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
