[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of his wife from the illegal custody of the third respondent and his associates.

2.From the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2, it appears that it is the case of elopement of the detenue with the third respondent, which is a second occurrence. Earlier, a case was registered in Crime No.211 of 2017, pursuant to which, the detenue has returned back. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
