ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J) The petitioner has challenged the notification issued by the Medical Services Recruitment Board calling for online applications for one post of Director and 83 posts of medical personnel. The last date for submission of such application was fixed on 07.01.2014.

2.It is seen from the order sheet that when the writ petition was admitted, no interim order was granted. Subsequently, when the matter came up before the First Bench of this Court on 22.01.2016, none appeared for the petitioner and it was posted for dismissal for non prosecution on 25.01.2016 and thereafter, the matter has been listed today.

3.In the light of the fact that the recruitment is already over, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Furthermore, the writ petition has been filed by a political party and not by an aggrieved person. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
