PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records pertaining to the detention order in M.H.S.Confdl.No.55/2024, dated 28.03.2024 passed by the second respondent and set aside the same by setting the detenu namely Rajasekaran, son of Arulraj, aged 31/0224 years and set him at liberty, now detained at District Jail, Nagercoil.
